I know another source turned up and I never compared. Skipping Cheap Trick 12/31/79 as it's since been officially released but what would be amazing is if someone turned up the 12/30/79 Cheap Trick show. That would have been my double header NYE weekend if I wasn't 6 years old.

  1. Thanks for this....collecting X-Shows from around that time. Also looking for their reunion show at the Hollywood Palladium on Feb 28, 1998. The show was streamed live on RealAudio and has long-since vanished....

As for this show, kind of neat to hear DEVO and X playing on the same bill. I've adjusted the pitch -5% because the tape runs a bit fast.

    1. I remember that site, it was called LALive and there were sometimes really bad cassette copies circulating, but all I had was WebTV and couldn't do much. Hopefully it will turn up again. I remember that reunion show and how jazzed so many friends were tho they were basically a bar band again a few years before but guess it was not quite the whole lineup.
