The Ramones January 31, 1978 The Old Waldorf San Francisco, California, USA Audience cassette master - Decent sound quality although the sound varies some as people move around in front of the microphones. Thin Lizzy @ Toledo, OH 1977-01-30

Thin Lizzy Toledo, OH, USA Toledo Sports Arena January 30, 1977 Previously uncirculated, this is a reasonably good-sounding tape of Thin Lizzy opening for Queen in 1977. Apart from a couple tiny cuts (the first one being for a tape flip around 45 minutes in) the recording is complete. Taper's notes: A dream come true for a 15 year old rock fan in 1977. Phil Lynott & Thin Lizzy with Gary Moore on lead guitar opening for Queen in a jam packed Toledo Sports Arena. Me and my friends earned money for tickets ($7!) by shoveling snow for neighbors and I smuggled a small cassette recorder in. Smoking was allowed and when the house lights were up, the smoke was so thick that you couldn't see half way across the arena. It was literally impossible to attend a concert at the Sports Arena back then without catching a contact buzz weather you wanted to or not. But the real buzz came from the music - unbelievable. AEROSMITH January 29, 1977 Gumma, Japan/Maebashi Sports Center [2CD/newly surfaced/complete AUD] "The Wanderer" Alright Aerofreaks, here it is!  I believe this to be a newly surfaced recording of the bands first night in Japan on January 29, 1977!  Released by Tarantura in 2011, this recording was made by the inimitable Mr. Peach.  I beleive that bits and pieces of this show have surfaced over the years, but never in this quality or this complete. This was GENEROUSLY sent to me by the ever popular and wonderful fuwafuwatime!  I was asked to pass this on by fuwafuwatime for all of you Aeroheads to enjoy for years to come!  Lets give fuwafuwatime a "hip hip hooray" and lots of praise!  Maybe even a personal message of thanks might be nice! Sit back and enjoy this lost gem! Baby Let's Make It Real ne of the million reasons that Mark Oliver Everett — aka eels, aka e — has been on Morning Becomes Eclectic so many times is because you can count on him for two things. He always brings his A-game, armed with brand new songs and he offers wit and humor that so dryly surfaces when we talk with him. Underneath his smart, funny curmudgeonly exterior is a big mushy heart. And just to prove it, we came up with some kooky questions for him to answer for this latest session of In Residence.   In this session, he’s joined by bandmates The Chet and Koool G Murder, plus e shares the reason why he loves the song “Love & Mercy” so much. Let’s go! Mark Oliver Everett. Photo by Gus Black. What

Throwing Muses WRIU radio Providence 1985.01.26 flac files - Trader's little helper - Dime I got these files on the net in flac... I still have an old tape recording of this show recorded for a campus radio. The sound of these files is much better than my tape on which I have not all the songs listed here... So it seemed interesting to seed the files instead. Don't remember anything about the original seeder but it was not on Dime. Nevertheless, many thanks to him or her.
