This is all a blur now. I was ticketless and even considered skipping it. Eternal bucket list band and constant near miss Jesus Jones was briefly listed at some 80's festival at Pershing Square! But the promoter was obviously totally clueless, just putting names on the poster before some scab version of Asia stepped up and filled the slot.

Had a Lucky Dip courtesy of another taper. As a matter of fact I was completely outgunned on all California shows so more into just enjoying myself. Until Ridgedale this was the best of the tour. HEARTBREAKER! I was around Sec 217 for The Linda Linda's before moving into Sec C134 row 10. Had a slight confontation when Daddy and his little crotch goblin held a sign in front of my face for the third time during JJF. 3 strikes and the sign is out. Sent it flying which didn't make him happy but what's he gonna do, put the brat down and call his mom? Kid is probably better off in foster care as his current upbringing is going to get him in trouble sooner than later.

The Linda Linda's were always a bit gimmicky for me but still very happy they got the gig. I saw what I am sure was their first ever show.

    Bravo on another Stones capture. And they might be a flash in the pan doomed to someday be a Jeopardy question, but the Linda Lindas (& their fans) appreciate you capturing their opening act.

    I will say thank you for the Linda Lindas. Saw them in NYC a couple years ago and was an incredible show - energy of the charts and reminded me of the Ramones back in the 70's @ CBGB. Wanted to see them again but not willing to shell out for a stadium show. So really appreciate this one. It's what makes your site SO essential.

      Someone else transferred the raw recordings and posted to Dime though I never downloaded so these have been replaced. Might be on G101 too. When I do my own transfer I will post those. Also DVD-5, DVD-9 and possibly Blu Ray using this audio source at https://iorr.org/talk/list.php?2

back on Friday

Lots of crashing ticket prices but unfortunately I didn't feel like spending 6 hours on the bus to Inglewood and back so I have been taking it easy this week. And finishing transfers. Same old drill, I will write up the info files Friday morning and post, possibly deleting stuff to make room so if you have been dawdling on anything, grab it now because once it's gone, that's it. None of the stuff I was threatening to do in lieu of staying home and working on tapes ever materialized. Too hot, too complacent, THC burnout, etc.  + + + And again. Since I spent $229.60 on a concert ticket last night I will probably skip Herbie tonight and a bunch of other stuff I had on the calendar but it was so worth it. More time to work on transfers and get stuff up and out though.  Same old thing, if I have any new transfers, I will write up the info and post on Friday. Last Call / Brief Intermission

I am completely out of storage options unless I wanna resurrect my FileFactory account, and that would just be rude, so I am going to have to start emptying out the Mega + Google accounts, at least until I can use WeTransfer again. So get it now because once they are gone, they are not coming back. But I don't have many new transfers, Jan is always a dead month for anniversaries and I wanna finish my book which often involves stopping and playing the songs mentioned within for the full immersive experience. So when I finish the book I will empty out the Mega account and post some more shows. Probably not going to reach the level of intensity of the last year or so however which is why I am not spending / taking donations etc. Decided to pump the money into hard drive and better storage options for my physical media.  In the meantime I was been trying for a few years to get audio resynced to a Jessica Von Rabbit video and the same person filmed Mudhoney from against the stage but
