Late last year, triple j's live music team recorded what turned out sadly to be Juice WRLD's final headline performance. And now we're bringing it to you in a special Live At The Wireless broadcast. Next week, we'll be taking you front row to Juice's show recorded live from Festival Hall in Melbourne on 28 [sic] (it was actually the 29th) November 2019. It was to be his last ever headline concert. Later that month, he played Spilt Milk festival in Ballarat before jetting home to Chicago. Juice died of an accidental overdose on 8 December, gone too soon just days after celebrating his 21st birthday. The now-historic performance features all the big hits - 'Robbery', 'Lucid Dreams', 'Fine China' - and also saw Juice inviting his girlfriend, Ally Lotti, on stage and delivering some parting words of inspiration to the crowd.
