Oasis 2025 Tour Tickets (Updated)

Wow this aged well! But face value fan exchange resale just opened yesterday for the Rose Bowl.  First off they lied about not using dynamic pricing as I am seeing GA Floor at both $252 and 692. At first the $692 sold a few times but now that $252 tix are sporadically popping up they are just sitting there.

(Okay one more edit, looks like the $692 were a VIP package and those elements are either not resellable or all you really get with it is that Very Important feeling that washes over you when you pay $450 more for a ticket)

Almost snapped some of the $252 ones up as they are currently trading on the secondary at about $425. But they are non-transferable. And back in the day I was very risk averse to buying tickets that were already expensive. $50 front row for Village People and selling for $100 is where it's at.

And the market might be very well be flooded by Brits who can't make the trip. Except you need an American bank account for TM resale... If they do open transfer then Stubhub is the only logical choice, and autopricers work directly off Stubhub so random single sales will absolutely affect the broker market. Now if you sell via Stubhub and cannot deliver the ticket you are in for a world of hurt.

I did see one in the very last row in the back for $91 but it went immediately. Only once. Now that's a price I can live with. If you can get me in the door for around $100, hit me up. I have a policy against posting where I might be in advance, and in fact only holding tix to 2 shows, preferring to make up my mind day of and just going for it then but in this case I will make an exception. Either show is fine. Or maybe both.

But I am done playing around on Ticketmaster, in addition to sporadic carpal tunnel, I am starting to show symptoms of neuropathy in my right hand so I can't keep refreshing all day and still not get tickets

Will be watching Chicago and the 2 NJ shows closely to see how those play out.

Posted this on Facebook but worth reposting here:

Oasis tour - in 2005 I had an oh shit that's tonight moment and hurried to the Hollywood Bowl, missing the openers and getting a G level super seat for $5. In 2008 they played to about 9,000 people at Staples Center with the upper deck mostly empty. Now I know there are people who weren't even born yet trying for tickets and we are in a more globalized concert market but don't let yourself get gaslighted into panic buying overpriced seats. And whatever you do, don't buy more tickets than you can use yourself. They have 11 months to pull out every trick in the book to maximize revenue and fill as many seats as possible. Now I am glad it's the Rose Bowl and not SoFi as I am much more likely to try to go assuming I am still alive, still living in CA, still have a country, etc.
Also they have always been just kinda ho hum live, it's just the incredible first 2 albums / The Masterplan that kept me coming back but I expect those songs to make up the bulk of the set though there are rumblings they have will a new album by next year.
