Sunday Update

I saw my first Phish show Friday. I had never even heard Phish before. I hope to have a bit of a recap soon either in text or vocal form.

The first episode is ready for submission but also 2 hrs 4 mins. I gave a few ideas to cut things out or it could run but I don't think the station will have a chance to review it until later today. Hopefully the station will schedule a few plays as they don't have much original material yet. It's basically the overall theme of this blog translated into podcast / radio format.

I don't feel it's quite complete but decided to just consider it done and move on to the next one. It's very much learn as I go so I decided to just fix any issues on future episodes should the channel want them.

Had a list of things to listen to but I just can't make the time now. How things go in the next few weeks dictates my future course. Just remember most masters and mystery drive selections were posted at least once and many twice and the rest is just stuff recycled from torrent sites I felt deserved a listen and second life. And I have offered to copy hard drives but as of now I have to pause that offer. Sorry I never had a chance to address the 309 repost requests that are pending from after I made the "last call" post.

I went to South Pasadena Eclectic for a bit but only ended up with 2 partial sets. Main street no longer blocked off so the sidewalks can be a bit crowded. I mainly wanted to see Lady Apple Tree again but that stage was running behind. It was cold and sometimes raining. So I just split. Sorry. I had to finish the program, basically write dialog for 1 song, the outro and come up with an ending and even that took several hours.

Anyway who knows how this will all go. I still need to schedule a doctor's appointment to assure myself imminent death isn't likely. Yet I don't even know what health insurance is or how to use it.
