These came to me via a trade with Jansson (& Thank You for that), & only required normalizing (using Audacity) prior to TLH doing the sbe's &
conversion to flac...
These 2 shows are very very good indeed, & a very definite worthwhile addition to the canon. Taped whilst supporting Ozzy in the States
(extending the 'Ace Up Your Sleeve' Tour), Set 1 is sadly incomplete, missing the Intro & 'Ace...', but that's the only issue with it. Set 2
is complete, & both are entertaining to say the least. The Three Cardsharps can each be distinguished clearly, vocals to the front, & the
mix is a treat to the ears on both shows - no soundboard, but as an audience pull this is well worth it - samples below...The band are
clearly enjoying themselves, the banter is pleasantly & encouragingly abusive, & most of the audience respond accordingly - don't forget that
this tour was America's 1st experience of a live Motorhead show, & audience response did vary...these shows also confirm that the video
reputed to be from New York May '82 is actually from New York May '81, as the banter matches the tape of the 2nd Set here...& Remember - They
were Motorhead, & They played Rock & fucking Roll - Don't forget 'em...
Md5 & ffp included...
Don't turn this to mp3, decode them using TLH & burn 'em...
Uploaded to Dime April 2018...
