Band Of The Month: OASIS **FINAL 2024-10-10 with Round 10**

Seems like the tour excitement is catching on and a few fans have found this page. I don't have anything specifically rare but might as well put it all up. Don't really wanna clear out any of the Google drives so it has to be Pixeldrain. There is a 5GB daily download limit but I probably only have a few days worth. This collection is by no means comprehensive. Share widely if you wish.

To be honest going forward - I don't like posting anything I haven't listened to. I lost track and can't really dedicate my life to Oasis right now so it's up to you to point out any flaws, most importantly CD skips from bad rips or too much diginoise - 2 things that make me trash a recording.

Anyone have a complete Manchester Dec 1994? The one on Dime is heavily redacted. Can any of the experts recommend anything particularly exciting? Maybe I will make this a monthly thing with a different band. Or not. Like I said, just not feeling it anymore.

RIP Douglas Parenteau aka OasisDouglas

Everything is limited time, last time.

I meant to use the single Pixeldrain link but the last folder froze on "calculating parity" for 20 mins. I almost just dropped the whole thing but I promised someone it was coming today. This is the kinda stuff that can derail the whole page since I am not interested in any labor intensive efforts. If there is no round 2, that means the same thing happened. Keep that in mind when posting futile repost requests. Entire drive still available with terms and conditions for US mailing addresses who want to pick up the mantle and do God's work.

I might just pause it here as I am having trouble bulk uploading and getting one link, obviously the more work I have to do the less likely I am to want to do it

Trying to book a very complicated vacation AND figure out health insurance while wondering why I have no energy and figure out how to figure out what to do with the rest of my life to be working on such frivolities all day.

Round 6 (1994 audience recordings)

Going to try with smaller batches. But if they stop coming it means I got sick of dealing with it. Nothing exclusive anyway.

this is technically the final chapter as I don't really have any further that haven't already been posted but there might be a slight epilogue of newly acquired recordings. I didn't collect much at all after that. The rest are DVD's and it's unlikely there is anything you can't watch on YouTube.

Fukuoka which I am listening to now might need some editing as Helter Skelter is titled I Am The Walrus. Coincidentally in my Beatles top 5 along with Run For Your Life, Day Tripper and I Want You (She's So Heavy).

OASIS Round 11 ** FINAL **

I got these off Dime and only few have been played but I hope to get to them all someday. In addition to someday hitting "play" on the 20TB drive and see how much passes thru my ears before I drop dead.

If anyone can recommend any shows, posted or not, that are particularly spectacular, please comment below.

Glasgow, Scotland 1994-06-12
London, UK 1994-06-08
NYC 1995-10-11 (soundcheck)
Brussels, Belgium  1995-10-31

Mansfield, MA 2005-06-24 (listed as FM, probably ALD)

    1. Not going to Florida. Booked a one way trip to a foreign country based on a single $109 flight I found but kinda stalled on figuring out what to do when I get there and when to come home. Other than 1 show, the other concerts still TBD and secondary to my urgency to make a foreign trip before the election. Also all the shows are sold out but I ain't trippin'.

I figured it out. Similar but the channels are reversed. One set (the one without the MD5) fails TLH "test encoded audio files" and won't decode to WAV unless you "decode thru errors".

It's got an "sd5" file which is really a shntool report. Open it up and it says the files are possibly corrupt or truncated. After all that technobabble? They seem to play fine.

Anyway two filesets to choose from: it's a win

And hey thanks for the continuing efforts. Hmm, over such a long stretch is it a single massive effort or many large efforts *?

  5. Is there any upgraded SBD from the infamous 1994 Glastonbury show? Apparently theres a newer version out there with remastered audio to replace the horrid sounding version from back in the day
