Editing notes
* In 1997, I transferred this from one DAT to another (who knows why). At that time, I probably normalized the recording and I may have converted it from 48 kHz to 44.1kHz;
* In 2024: I used iZotope's De-Hum module to reduce an electrical hum that was present throughout;
* The right channel essentially dropped out in a couple of places...
    - I cloned the left channel to compensate for the problem for 11 seconds at 1:17 into Track 4;
    - I cloned the left channel for 8 seconds at 3:04 into Track 10;
    - I raised the volume of the right channel 12 db for 90 seconds beginning at about 3:12 into Track 10 (and extending for 51 seconds into Track 11)

Band Of The Month: OASIS **FINAL 2024-10-10 with Round 10**

Seems like the tour excitement is catching on and a few fans have found this page. I don't have anything specifically rare but might as well put it all up. Don't really wanna clear out any of the Google drives so it has to be Pixeldrain. There is a 5GB daily download limit but I probably only have a few days worth. This collection is by no means comprehensive. Share widely if you wish. To be honest going forward - I don't like posting anything I haven't listened to. I lost track and can't really dedicate my life to Oasis right now so it's up to you to point out any flaws, most importantly CD skips from bad rips or too much diginoise - 2 things that make me trash a recording. Anyone have a complete Manchester Dec 1994? The one on Dime is heavily redacted. Can any of the experts recommend anything particularly exciting? Anniversary Posts Are Back! (Or are they?) Or is it still back on Friday?

 I cracked open the text file where I copied in all the anniversary dates and decided to listen to some overflow shows I never got to in years past and arrange at least the next few days. As usual only posting stuff that's been listened to and only if I feel like listening. The amount of garbage shows with CD skips and the like is pretty incredible. CD skips? Really? The fact that I am the only one who makes a note of this just confirms most of us are mindlessly feeding the OCD monkey clicking and downloading anything to file away in case they find a cure for death and want something to listen to in 500 years. That and more than 3 bursts of DAT diginoise gets the recording deemed useless and the folder automatically deleted. Doubt I am resurrecting the method for good and definitely not redoing anything. If anything this might signal me demoting myself to passive listener. In the meantime, enjoy and reshare. More transfers on Friday. I did go to the first show of 2025 Friday though...
